What we do

SIDC GROUP manages the recruitment process end-to-end — from understanding the brief to the candidate's first day at work. We have been operating across the Baltics and internationally since 2000. Over that time: more than 6,000 placements and 30,000 interviews conducted.

We do not work from pools of «active job seekers». We conduct direct, targeted search — reaching professionals who have not posted a CV but are, right now, open to the right opportunity. That is the difference between recruitment and headhunting.
