During the first complimentary meeting (30 minutes), you will describe your current situation, request, and goals. The consultant will ask clarifying questions to gain a deeper understanding of your career challenges and expectations.

A comprehensive analysis of professional and personal skills, experience, achievements, as well as motivation level and career orientation is conducted. When necessary, assessment tools (such as VIA, MBTI) are applied to gain a more accurate understanding of strengths and development potential.

Together with a consultant, you determine the optimal direction for your professional development and define clear, practical steps:

which vacancies to target,
how to adapt your CV and LinkedIn profile,
which skills need to be strengthened,
how to prepare for interviews.

Depending on your goal (job search, career change, or advancement to a new professional level), an individual strategy and tailored action plan are developed.

At this stage, you receive:

assistance in overcoming anxiety and self-doubt,

analysis of real interview situations,
support during setbacks or rejections,
regular feedback and ongoing motivation.
If required, an HR psychologist is involved to provide deeper work on internal barriers and limiting factors.
